Handmade leather goods naturally require occasional care and maintenance, and you should anticipate some variations in appearance and wear.

The rate of wear can be influenced by factors such as terrain, weight, and intended use. Normal wear and tear, including sole replacement, wear to the wool interior, scratches, scuffs, water damage, and insole replacements, are not considered defects and are part of the natural life cycle of our products.

We offer a lifetime guarantee against defects, with the added benefit of complimentary repairs for shoes still within their warranty period. For the specified styles listed below, we promise to repair any defects or damages resulting from appropriate use within the stated warranty period. If necessary, we will also replace the item, all at no additional cost to you. 

Please note: Complimentary repair services apply only to factory defects.

The final cost of repair will be determined by our cobbler and will be communicated if applicable
